Dear Specialty Hospital of Midwest City Administrator:
My name is Barbara R. and I want to congratulate you on your management of Midwest Specialty Hospital. You've surrounded yourself with such good people and I have always heard that is what a really great CEO does. My mother, J.W., was there for 3 weeks and got the very best of care.
Cindy M. was the very first person I met and she was very helpful and very professional. I always looked forward to seeing her everyday. Patricia K. was mom's favorite nurse and went above and beyond the call of duty to make mother happy and comfortable. She was great. I also want to mention the following people who were nice to us: Ivey, CNA, B.N. Frost, LPN, Alberta S., Katie A. and Miss Vicky.
There are so many more - but I don't have their names. These people speak volumes on your leadership. I also want to tell you about a very important person that was so very helpful and that is Debbie, your caseworker. I could not have made it without her helpful attitude and her kindness to both of us. She made so much difference in mother's stay there.
We will never forget all of these kind people - Thank you again.

I request you convey to all members of your rehabilitation staff my appreciation for the excellent care provided to Mrs Marisa A. during her recent stay. Members provided excellent medical, therapeutic, and housekeeping support during her stay.
In addition to their professionalism, they were friendly and nurturing which assisted in her recovery and was a major contribution making the stay pleasant as well as minimizing her stay as a patient. She departed your facility with memories of wonderful, caring individuals, too many to mention by name.
